A fitness identity is what we must cultivate to achieve the physical transformations we seek.

Everyone says "fitness is mental." What does this mean?

This means: that as we train our bodies, we train our minds... and vice versa.

If this is true, we must transform our minds to transform our bodies.

A good place to start is in our approach to fitness.

We must focus on making fitness part of who we are as opposed to something we are trying to do.

We can do this through the principles of a good routine:

  1. Make it neither overwhelming nor boring
  2. Make it in an area with lots of room for growth
  3. Make it personalized

This will help us build a routine that is personal and unique to us... one where we can build rituals around our fitness practice, and learn to love the process.

This guide explains in great detail how to do so.
